Our visual identity is the graphic expression of our company. It captures the essence of what makes us great and differentiates us from competition.

Primary Brand: Property.ca Inc. Brokerage

Property.ca Inc. Brokerage is a full-service real estate brokerage that provides agents with the tools they need to be successful, and clients with the information they need to feel confident making smart real estate decisions. It is the brand under which all three of our technology brands fall.

 

Technology Brands: condos.ca, property.ca, mrloft.ca

Property.ca, condos.ca and mrloft.ca are the robust technology platforms that deliver niche intelligence to our end users online and are “product-brands” or sub-brands of Property.ca Inc. In certain instances, all three logos can be combined to showcase our areas of specialization.

As the visual representation of our primary brand, the Property.ca Inc. logo should always be in the lead when tying our
sub-brands together. Subsequent logos should always be placed directly to the right and separated by a vertical
dividing line.

Product-Service Brand Alignment

Our overall brand unifies, clarifies and communicates who we are and what we represent. By aligning our technology brands with the primary Property.ca Inc. Brokerage brand, we:

  • Establish the clarity of Property.ca Inc. as a real estate brokerage: who we are, what we offer and the value we deliver.

  • Unify our primary brand with our technology solutions and our real estate services to reduce confusion in the market.

  • Communicate our positioning and create consistent messaging that reinforces our value.

 

Teams & Brand Affiliates

Brand Affiliates are real estate professionals or teams affiliated with Property.ca Inc. Brokerage who help clients buy, sell, rent and invest. They include distinct individual and team brands or agents and teams transacted by Property.ca Inc. or other brokerages. They are all linked together via an endorsing brand extension, Property.ca Inc.

Brand affiliates who have created their own visual identities as brand extensions of Property.ca Inc. must follow our brand guidelines. When combining affiliate logos, follow all clear space rules outlined in this guide and apply space between logos using a vertical line glyph in the Property.ca Inc. logo that is the same size as the logo.

By incorporating Property.ca Inc. guidelines, brand affiliates with their own visual identities can: 

  • Include their visual identity on their business cards.

  • Reference their visual identity and URL on their agent profile page on property.ca/agents.

  • Use their URL their Property.ca Inc. Brokerage email signature.
